This online Privacy Policy does not cover or include the collection of personal information by a 3000BC independent Beauty Coach.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and under certain conditions disclose personally identifiable information (“PII”) and the steps we have taken to secure PII.

We use the information we collect solely for our business purposes. We do not sell or share PII to unaffiliated third parties, except as disclosed in this privacy policy. However, we may provide aggregate information and statistics about our customers, sales and related site-information to our third party vendors, but this information and statistics will include no personal identifying information. Please note that we may release PII in good faith as is reasonably necessary to comply with the law or protect our rights or others’ rights.

By using the Website, you agree to let us collect and use information per the guidelines of this policy. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post changes on this page and note the effective date so that you are always aware of what information we collect and how we use it. If we materially change our practices regarding collection or use of your PII, your PII will continue to be governed by the Policy under which it was collected unless you have been provided notice, and have not objected to this change.

This Website is a general audience website and we do not knowingly collect PII from children under 13 years of age.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information
The Website automatically also collects certain information that is not personally identifiable. For example, the Website automatically recognizes your domain name, IP address and region or geographical area, browser version, operating system and the website you passed through to reach our Website. In addition, our Website automatically gathers certain usage information like the numbers and frequency of visitors to our Website and its various web pages or content, very much like television ratings that tell how many people tuned in to a program. We also may collect certain information through cookies and similar tools as further described in the section below titled “Cookies.”

Security
Whether you place an order or create a profile, we use industry-standard secure server software (SSL) and encrypt the information you input before it is sent to us. In addition, we use commercially reasonable measures to protect the customer data against unauthorized access. We are not responsible for the actions of third parties.

Cookies
“Cookies” are small pieces of information that are stored by your Web browser on your computer when you visit. Our cookies enable us to personalize your visits to your interests and preferences. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies. However, you can usually change the Web browser to disable cookies. Each Web browser is different, so you will need to check your specific browser’s “Help” menu to learn how to change the cookie preferences. Please note that if you disable all cookies, the functionality of the Website may be impaired.

We may use third party advertising companies to serve advertisements on our behalf. These companies may use cookies or other technologies (such as a 1x1 pixel .gif file, also known as a web beacon), to tailor advertisements you see on the Website and third party websites, to track your response to advertisements, and to measure the effectiveness of advertisements. We may provide certain of these third party advertising companies with some PII to help them serve more relevant advertisements for our products, however, the cookies, web beacons and similar files do not contain any PII. These companies may combine information they learn about your visit to our Website with data about your web activities at third party websites or with demographic information to identify your likely interests so that they can provide you with more useful and relevant advertisements when you visit websites within their networks. This is often called behavioral advertising.
The information practices of these third party advertising companies are governed by their own privacy policies and are not covered by this privacy policy. Some of these advertising companies may be members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI"), a cooperative of online marketing companies that offers a centralized tool for opting out of behavioral advertising delivered by each of its member companies. If you would like to obtain more information about the NAI and make choices about their members’ use of your information, please visit the NAI website at http://www.networkadvertising.org/consumer/opt_out.asp. Also, through the Digital Advertising Alliance ("DAA"), several media and marketing associations have developed an industry self-regulatory program to give consumers a better understanding of and greater control over ads that are customized based on their online behavior across different websites. To make choices about interest-based ads from third parties participating in the DAA, please visit the DAA consumer opt out page at http://www.aboutads.info/choices/.
