Inspiration is an elusive thing. Some days I find it everywhere- in my work, a pinterest post, with my family and coworkers. Other times, I feel like I’m clawing through the day searching for it.
I want to start a trend this year of passing on inspiration to the women in my life who keep me going when I have a rough day, week, or month. It’s often the person who is best at uplifting others that we forget to check in with- after all, they seem so strong and wise…right? But everyone needs to be reminded from time to time of the beauty, hope, and opportunity that life holds. Here are some of my favorite sources for the perfect dose of inspiration, all from 3000BC!
1. Success in our job is what many of us spend 40 hours or more per week working hard at and sometimes we need a little pick me up!

2. Finding the right skincare can bring a confidence to the way we present ourselves to the world. Our 3000BC Botanical Garden inspiration board highlights some of my favorite natural 3000BC products!

3. Do you love skincare, beauty, and bath products and want to find out how else to incorporate them into your life? Become a 3000BC Beauty Coach today and start earning income doing what you love!
Our Revelation, Your Inspiration…

4. As we age, we often feel helpless about how our skin changes…3000BC’s Clinical Line offers many solutions for lessening and preventing the signs of aging!

Opportunity is everywhere, it’s just a matter of whether we catch it when it crosses our path. When I started this skincare line 20+ years ago, I had very big dreams. I wouldn’t have guessed, however, that one day it would be suggested to branch out into the direct selling of our products. But then I realized that- in doing so- I could pass on the opportunity of beautiful skin and financial freedom to women nationwide and I knew in my heart that I could not pass up this gift.
It has been my honor to shed the sweat and tears to develop 3000BC, and I look forward to many more days and the great reward of connecting with those who strive to get more out of life. There is so much to discover within this company, and so many more opportunities for you to share in.
The 3000BC Mission:
To help thousands of Beauty Coaches start a successful business of their own -
across the U.S. and around the world.
To help millions of people prevent and repair skin damage through our unique
diagnostic approach and the power of our safe, effective products.
To become the premier direct seller of spa-quality skin care.
Our Independent Beauty Coaches use a breakthrough, portable diagnostic tool called a Skin Scope, which removes all the guesswork from product recommendations. We offer a generous compensation plan with personal commissions up to 40%; bonuses; a company-paid host program; a BMW incentive plan; and a remarkable ground floor opportunity through our Founding Director program. No Inventory or minimum sales required. FREE training, no experience necessary. You’ll have your own personal website, social media tools, and comprehensive training on demand via our online library of tools and videos. We also provide scheduled coaching and training calls for a more personal environment.
Share this opportunity with a friend and pass on the great karma!
Best,
Korin.

Roses have long added beauty and romance to history, fairy tales, and major life events. But did you know that there is an impressive list of health and skincare benefits as well?
Besides enhancing a woman’s connection to her femininity, the essential oil of rose can help with depression, detoxifying the blood, and relieving headaches. For a thorough list of other (unexpected!) benefits of rose oil, see OrganicFacts.net.
I often like to branch out of the known beauty and home uses for essential oils and was delighted to find so many unique ideas for this sweet-smelling botanical. Here are some favorites I have found that use rose essential oil and rose water:
Rose Honey Face Mask
Rejuvenate and replenish your skin.
Sweet almond oil, which is light and easily absorbed, softens and nourishes skin.
Honey as natural humectant, moisturizes, leaving even tired skin incredibly smooth.
2 T Honey
2 T Sweet Almond oil
5 drops essential oil of Rose
1 drop Vitamin E oil.
Mix honey, sweet almond oil and essential oil of rose.
Massage onto clean face and neck with fingertips.
Relax for 15 minutes, then rinse off with lukewarm water. Gently pat dry to reveal a fresh, soft complexion.
Almond Rose Bread
A delicious sweet treat!

Cardamom Rose Cocktail
An elegant way to take the edge off of your day!

Here are a few of the products that contain rose from 3000BC:

Enriched with phyto-nutrients, botanical extracts and antioxidants this blend is designed to restore vitality, revitalize skin tone while restoring the skin’s optimal moisture balance. Featured ingredients include roseroot extract, zinc and rose.
Oh, and by the way…did I mention that rose oil is also an aphrodisiac? Ha!
Enjoy,
Korin

The brand 3000BC began from a passion to find another way to help my skin heal. Everything that was on drug and department store shelves was not working for my sensitive, acne-ridden skin, and many times the products I tried made it worse. I fell in love with the beauty and power of essential oils after experiencing first-hand how brilliantly effective they can be!
When it comes to their usefulness, essential oils can be found in bath & beauty products, unusual dessert recipes, and thousands of other fun ideas. But we aren’t limited to beauty products and dessert. They can be used for cleaning, entertaining, and to improve your overall mental, emotional, and physical health.
Here are some fantastic recipes for the relaxing, healing, and tasty Lavender:
For the Bedroom:
Herbal Sleep Pouches- a pretty and thoughtful way to say, ‘Thank you, mom, for all you do’ on Mother’s Day!
Lavender helps to calm nerves, and bring one’s mind-body-soul connection in balance.
For the Cleaning Closet:
An anti-bacterial spray can be made by adding 20 drops of the oil to 1 cup of water. It’s all natural, smells great, and is does the trick. Did you know that Lavender has anti-septic properties?
For this and more on DIY essential oil cleaning products, visit the blog, Macheesmo.
For the Kitchen:
If you’ve never thought of using Lavender- the herb- as an ingredient in the kitchen, the following two recipes will have you hooked for life.
Lavender Macaroons with Lavender Cream
Lavender Sorbet (with Vanilla Vodka!)
YUM!
I hope these ideas help to get you thinking about Lavender and essential oils is a much broader sense. Look for more creative uses on rose, lemon, eucalyptus oils and more in the coming weeks!
Best,
Korin.
